Work At Home Dream is where I document what I’m building, the tools I’m using, and the workflows that actually make solopreneur life manageable. I’ve been running online businesses from home since the early 2000s, and this site is where I share what I’m working on in real time.
This site covers the practical side of working from home and running your own thing:
The content here comes from actually doing the work, not from theorizing about it. If I’m writing about a tool, I’m using it. If I’m writing about a workflow, I’ve tested it.
Work At Home Dream is for people building their own thing from home. That includes:
I also write this site for myself. Being a solopreneur is hard, and some days it feels like I’m just spinning my wheels. Documenting what I’m working on gives me a way to look back and see how far I’ve come, what problems I’ve actually solved, and where I’m headed next. On the days when I’m questioning whether any of this is moving forward, this site is part of how I stay in it. Mindset matters when you’re doing this alone, and this is one of the tools I use to keep mine right.
I’ve been an online entrepreneur since the early 2000s, which means I’ve been through multiple platform shifts, algorithm changes, and business model reinventions. I’ve built websites, launched products, failed at things, learned from them, and kept going. I’m currently running two businesses from my apartment with help from two very opinionated cats.
